Sales Coordinator

Coordinate between Sales Creative Digital Events Accounts and Clients Prepare quotations proposals agreements and other sales documents Maintain and update CRM with client information and sales progress Track every enquiry until closure Schedule client meetings and coordinate presentations Ensure timely submission of proposals and pitch decks Follow up with clients regarding quotations and approvals Coordinate internally for project execution after order confirmation Assist in invoice generation and payment follow-up Generate daily weekly and monthly sales reports Maintain proper documentation of all client communications Support the Sales Team in achieving business targets

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good follow-up ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent.

• 1–3 years in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Operations.
• Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

• Fluent in English and Malayalam
• Professional email writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong team player with a customer-focused approach.
