DUBIMED is currently seeking askilled and experienced Product Specialist to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate that we are considering must have a deep understanding of Dermatology& Aesthetic products, as well as a proven record of accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities- Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted
Dermatology and Aesthetic soft products - Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
- Provide product information and deliver product samples
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
- Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Build positive trust relationships with medicalrepresentatives to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identifycompetitive advantage
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data
- Problem solving by identifying the challenges and offering best solutions
- Previous experience in the Dermatology and Aesthetic field ( MANDATORY)
- Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, andlatest medical issues
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Should have a valid Oman Driving License.
- Arabic & Englishspeaking is necessary
