We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Omani National Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in sales. The Sales Specialist will support business growth by engaging with customers, promoting products and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

- Fresh graduate or with 1 to 3 years of experience
- Background in Sales, Business Administration, or any related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in a sales-oriented role
- Experience in the poultry, food, FMCG or relevant industries
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and results-driven attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptability and eagerness to learn
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings to understand client needs
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
