The Role:
To deliver Company’s growth objective by optimizing the sales & distribution of all Poultry product range in his designated area by strictly adhering to Company policies & procedures and maintaining the highest standards of sales ethics.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- 2nd level education.
- 3 years sales experience in Supervisory role in van sales environment preferably FMCG business.
- Competencies such as;
Numerate & analytical. Communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate. Ability to build and lead teams. Ability to plan and organize activities. Ability to solve problems and take decisions.
