- Analyze sales performance across customers, channels, SKUs, brands, regions, and sales teams to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs including volume, value, distribution, pricing, and market execution for strategic categories.
- Prepare, analyze, and present weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- Identify sales gaps, underperforming areas, and growth opportunities, providing recommendations to improve results.
- Monitor customer purchasing behavior and develop actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Support the development and execution of channel and customer-specific trade marketing plans.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to ensure effective implementation of promotions and commercial initiatives.
- Monitor in-market execution, including product availability, visibility, assortment, merchandising standards, and promotional compliance.
- Support the deployment of POSM, displays, activations, and other trade marketing activities across the market.
- Track execution against agreed KPIs and follow up on action plans to ensure delivery of business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably within Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, Sales Analytics, Category Management, or similar commercial functions.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic language skills are considered an advantage - Experience analyzing sales performance, commercial KPIs, and customer/channel performance.
- Strong understanding of retail execution and trade marketing fundamentals within FMCG environments.
- Strong commercial and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
