- Monitor the attendance and daily activities of sales employees and report any issues to the Sales Supervisor.
- Assist in distributing sales representatives across assigned sales areas and following up on their daily work.
- Support and guide sales representatives to improve their sales performance and efficiency.
- Ensure that company products are properly displayed and presented to customers.
- Follow up on product sales, customer requirements, and market needs.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure products are delivered to customers on time.
- Monitor daily sales performance and assist in preparing and submitting sales reports.
- Support the team in achieving the approved sales targets.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and support the development of good customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer complaints and assist in resolving issues, reporting important concerns to the Sales Supervisor.
