We are looking for a strong sales and customer service professional who can confidently manage client consultations, follow up on leads, cross-sell services and achieve monthly sales targets.
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service or a commercial role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets
- Professional approach with premium clients
- Energetic, proactive and results-driven personality
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, hospitality or premium services is an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present solutions.
- Strong analytical skills for market research and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in sales presentation techniques to captivate and inform potential clients.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing and product development.
- Networking abilities to build relationships and enhance business opportunities.
- Adaptability to stay current with industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Leadership skills to mentor and support new team members in their development.
