Sales Manager

Silkor is hiring a Sales Manager to join our growing GCC team.

We are looking for a commercially driven leader who can grow branch revenue, lead a sales team and deliver an exceptional client experience
.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience managing and motivating teams
• Ability to achieve monthly branch and individual targets
• Strong follow-up, coaching and performance-management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience managing daily branch operations
• A proactive, hands-on and results-oriented leadership style

Experience in aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, wellness, hospitality or another premium service industry is an advantage.

• Proven sales leadership skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively.
