The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing the company’s sales activities, achieving revenue targets, acquiring new customers, maintaining existing corporate accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives.
The role focuses primarily on short term, corporate and long-term rental business while ensuring competitive pricing, strong customer relationships, and effective coordination with internal departments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Monthly and annual sales revenue
- New corporate accounts acquired
- Customer retention and contract renewals
- New business conversion rate
- Sales team performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in car rental, vehicle leasing, automotive or a related industry.
- Previous experience in corporate/B2B sales.
- Supervisory or team-management experience preferred.
- Experience in preparing quotations, proposals and tenders.
