Sales Support Executive

Lockton are actively growing our team in Oman and are looking for an ambitious Sales Support Executive who is commercially minded, enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities and turning a strong pipeline into results.

You’ll play an important role in supporting the growth of the business, from identifying and approaching prospective clients through to managing opportunities, supporting client onboarding and developing your own portfolio.

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Building and managing your sales pipeline
• Booking and attending prospect and client meetings
• Following up on opportunities and helping drive them through to conversion
• Tracking sales activity and revenue
• Developing relationships with clients, insurers and industry partners
• Managing new business, renewals and ongoing client engagement
• Achieving sales targets
• Working closely with our internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience

• 2-3+ years of experience within the insurance industry (preferably broker), ideally in sales, business development, or client servicing within the Oman market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
• A strong understanding of prospecting, pipeline management and the sales process
• A commercial, proactive and results-focused approach
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A collaborative approach with a strong focus on integrity, confidentiality and putting clients first
• Prefer to have Knowledge of the International insurance market and regulatory requirements in the GCC.

You’ll be commercially minded, organised and confident building relationships, with a good understanding of the Omani insurance market and a genuine drive to develop new business.
