Welcome customers and assist them in selecting gold diamond and other jewellery products based on their preferences and budget Apply knowledge of the Oman gold and jewellery market to understand customer needs local buying behaviour and popular jewellery designs Explain gold purity weight daily gold rates making charges diamond quality and product pricing clearly to customers Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat purchases Stay updated on daily gold price movements and understand their impact on customer buying decisions Maintain attractive jewellery displays and ensure products are presented professionally in the showroom Assist with daily showroom operations stock management customer enquiries and follow-ups Understand local customer preferences and jewellery sales trends based on previous experience in Oman Introduce customers to the company s digital gold mobile application and explain its features and benefits Support promotional activities and showroom campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Jewellery Retail Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of jewellery retail sales experience in Oman. The candidate should have a good understanding of the Oman gold and jewellery market, local customer preferences, and buying behaviour.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery, gold purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and daily gold rates. They should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Candidates should be proactive, presentable, and confident in handling showroom sales and daily operations. Experience in promoting digital gold platforms or mobile applications will be an added advantage.
