- Identify and target new clients including contractors, consultants, applicators and industrial asset owners
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts, distributors and specifiers
- Analyze customer substrates, operating environments and exposure conditions e g high temperature, humidity, chemical spills
- Recommend appropriate coating systems epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, specialized anti-corrosion fireproofing lines
- Advise clients on surface preparation standards film thickness and application methodologies
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, material coverage calculations and tender responses
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms and vendor registrations within company margins
- Conduct site visits, inspect application issues and coordinate product or trial demonstrations
- Act as a technical liaison during project mobilization or troubleshoot field application problems
- Hand over secured orders smoothly to project execution, logistics and technical support teams
- Keep CRM records, sales pipelines and market competitor intelligence up to date
