Skin-Sales Educator

MADI International is looking for a commercially driven Sales
Educator - Skincare to
join our team in Oman. This role is ideal for a qualified Skin Therapist with hands-on experience in facial treatments and a strong background in sales.

• Conduct hands-on facial demonstrations and professional skincare treatments to showcase product benefits, protocols, and results.
• Drive sales through technical product knowledge, demo-led selling, and value-based negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with salons, spas, skincare professionals, and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's skincare brand portfolio across assigned accounts.
• Convert product demonstrations and client consultations into confirmed orders and repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales, brand-specific, and collection targets.
• Promote new launches, monthly promotions, focus products, and approved commercial offers.
• Conduct regular client visits, follow up on opportunities, and maintain effective territory coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs, sharing relevant insights with the management team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Education, Marketing, and Brand teams to execute brand strategies and achieve business objectives.

• Proven experience as a Skin Therapist
  , with hands-on expertise in facials, professional skincare treatments, and skin analysis.
• Previous sales experience in Oman
  , preferably within the skincare, professional beauty, salon, spa, or aesthetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of professional skincare products, ingredients, treatment protocols, and product application techniques.
• Experience conducting facial demonstrations and converting them into sales.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, develop accounts, and generate new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Professional certification or a diploma in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty therapy is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Oman for client visits, demonstrations, and training sessions.
