Senior Sales Executive — Self-Service Kiosks & ERP

We are seeking a Sales Executive in Oman who combines two roles: direct sales of self-service kiosks and the Muheet ERP platform to private and government sectors, and building the brand's marketing presence in the Omani market through digital and field activities. A dual, dynamic role with wide room for initiative and full ownership of the market.

• Sell self-service kiosks and the Muheet platform to private and government clients across a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Actively prospect new opportunities and build/manage a strong, renewing sales pipeline.
• Deliver hardware and software demos at client sites.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Meet and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage post-sale relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and generate upsell opportunities.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns (digital and field) to grow brand awareness in the Omani market.
• Manage social media presence and produce marketing content suited to the local market.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and sector conferences, and build a network.
• Monitor the market and competitors, prepare periodic reports on opportunities and trends, and give recommendations.

• Minimum 3 years in tech-hardware and/or B2B software sales.
• Good knowledge of the Omani market and local business environment (residency in Oman preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with relationship-building ability.
• Initiative and autonomy, with the ability to manage a dual (sales + marketing) role.
• Good command of CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid Omani driving license and readiness for field visits across the Sultanate.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
