Sales Executive (Tiles, Sanitary ware& Accessories) – Oman

We are looking for a seasoned, results-driven Sales Executive to grow our Tiles, Sanitary Ware & Accessories business. You will manage a portfolio of contractors, developers, consultants, interior designers and showroom customers, building lasting relationships, closing deals and consistently hitting your targets in a competitive market. Deep experience selling Spanish porcelain is essential for this role.

• Generate leads and develop new business with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers and retail customers
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, showroom presentations, site visits, quotations, negotiation and closing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on pipeline, forecasts and market activity
• Advise clients on product selection and specifications across tiles (with a focus on Spanish porcelain), sanitary ware, mixers and bathroom accessories
• Position and sell Spanish porcelain ranges against competing brands, highlighting quality, finishes and technical specifications
• Prepare quotations and follow up on tenders and BOQs in coordination with the estimation team
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and finance to ensure on-time delivery and payment collection
• Keep customer records and pipeline up to date in the CRM
• Track market trends, competitor pricing and new product launches
• Represent the company at exhibitions, project sites and client meetings

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials or interior finishing products
• Proven, hands-on experience selling Spanish porcelain across all types: glazed and full-body porcelain, large-format slabs, wall and floor tiles, polished, matt, lappato and textured finishes, wood- and marble-effect ranges, and outdoor/anti-slip tiles
• Familiarity with leading Spanish porcelain manufacturers and brands
• Strong network of contractors, consultants and developers in [Country] (strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to read drawings and BOQs and prepare technical quotations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English and Arabic
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Valid Omani driving license
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field (preferred)
