• Secure a 30‑meter safety zone during incidents, close entrances, and prevent unauthorized video recording.
• Direct customers and staff to designated exits and ensure elevators, escalators, and travellators are not used during emergencies.
• Assist elderly or disabled individuals and ensure complete evacuation of shops, restrooms, and parking areas.
• Check that all fire exits are open, machinery is turned off, and areas are cleared.
• Guide firefighters and emergency responders to the incident location and coordinate support through the control room.
• Maintain accurate, fast communication with the control room and management; issue evacuation calls only after approval.
• Ensure all individuals gather at designated assembly points and restrict re‑entry until cleared by management.
• Conduct daily patrols inside the mall, parking, and surrounding areas to uphold safety standards.
• Submit daily reports to the control room and maintain world‑class mall safety and security practices.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar security or asset protection role.
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma preferred.
• Strong spoken and written Arabic and English skills.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, alert, and able to stay calm under pressure in emergency situations.
