The HSE & Security Lead will lead all Health, Safety, Environment, Emergency Response, Occupational Health, and Security activities for the Marsa LNG Plant. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring safe, secure, and compliant operations while supporting plant startup and long-term operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HSE, security, and emergency response programs.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
- Manage risk assessments, PTW, and SIMOPS activities.
- Support commissioning, startup, and operational readiness.
- Oversee firefighting, medical, and security services.
- Lead emergency preparedness and response planning.
- Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
- Monitor HSE performance, audits, and KPIs.
- Manage plant and marine security, including ISPS compliance.
- Ensure workforce HSE training and competency.
- Manage HSE & Security budgets and contracts.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
