Carpenter

Our construction company in Muscat is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, such as building frameworks, partitions, doors, and windows.

• Measure and cut wood accurately according to specifications
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
• Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, and door frames
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials needed for each project
• Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools or power tools
• Utilize various woodworking machines to cut, shape, and smooth wood pieces
• Inspect work pieces for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Adhere to safety regulations at all times

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
• Skilled in working with hand and power tools used in carpentry such as saws, drills, sanders etc.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical plans
• Good understanding of math and measurements
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle heavy materials and equipment
• Attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
