We are hiring a Senior Mobile Developer, on site in Muscat, to own the mobile apps a nation uses to reach its government.

What you'll do:
Build and own the React Native apps that bring a national platform to every citizen's phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build production mobile apps for iOS and Android from a single React Native codebase, in the bare workflow
• Engineer for offline first use, secure on device storage, and reliable sync over poor networks
• Integrate citizen authentication, biometrics, and push notifications, tied to the platform's identity
• Build a fully bilingual experience, with first class Arabic right to left layout and typography
• Harden the apps with certificate pinning, secure storage, and mobile app shielding for sensitive citizen data
• Own mobile CI/CD, automated testing, and release to the app stores and enterprise distribution
• Meet accessibility standards (WCAG), tune performance to a native feel, and mentor mobile engineers

What makes you a fit:

• You have shipped production React Native apps to the App Store and Google Play, at real scale
• You are fluent in React Native and Type Script, and at home in the bare workflow, not only managed
• You can drop into native Swift and Kotlin to write or debug native modules when needed
• You engineer for offline first, performance, and a genuinely native feel, not a wrapped web app
• You take mobile security seriously: secure storage, certificate pinning, and protecting data on device
• You hold a Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• You have handled Arabic right to left, or another bidirectional or localized app, and you know the traps
• You own the release pipeline, from CI/CD to store submission, and you keep quality high
• Bonus points for government, fintech, or other security heavy mobile products
• Fluent English required;
  Arabic is a valuable advantage
