Senior IPA Developer; UiPath

We re partnering with a leading technology consultancy to find a Senior IPA Developer with deep UiPath expertise to join their growing automation practice in Muscat.

• Take the lead on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining UiPath automation solutions for enterprise clients.
• Beyond delivery, mentor junior team members, manage project timelines, and be a trusted advisor on all things RPA.
• Design and implement UiPath workflows using UiPath Studio and related tools.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation solutions to meet client expectations.
• Build custom activities and reusable components to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to integrate solutions.
• Lead code reviews and QA activities to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Support business case development for further RPA adoption.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their RPA skill development.
• Manage project documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to clients.

• 5+ years of experience in software development or automation using RPA tools.
• Minimum 3 years of UiPath development experience.
• UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification (UiARD) mandatory.
• Strong UiPath Documents understanding skills.
• Experience with IDP, OCR, AI/ML technologies (UiPath, ABBYY, Google, Microsoft).
• Programming skills in C#.Net, , C++, Python, or Java.
• Scripting experience:
  Power Shell, VBA, VBScript, Bash.
• Database knowledge (SQL, No
  
  SQL) and API experience.
• Telecom industry background is a must.
• Agile delivery experience and excellent communication skills.
