Assistant Recreation Manager

As an Assistant Recreation Manager, you will support the Recreation Manager in overseeing the daily operations of recreational facilities and activities. Your role involves assisting in managing the recreation team, ensuring equipment readiness, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Support the Recreation Manager in supervising the recreation team, including fitness trainers, recreational attendants, and activity coordinators.
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing the setup and operation of recreational activities and events.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of recreational areas and equipment.
• Assist guests with equipment rentals and provide guidance on the use of facilities.
• Monitor the use of recreational equipment and report any issues or damage.
• Provide information to guests about available activities, schedules, and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of guest participation and activity schedules.
• Collaborate with the Recreation Manager to promote recreational programs and events.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations in recreational areas to ensure guests’ well-being.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests related to recreational services.
• Participate in the setup and cleanup of recreational events and activities.
• Assist in maintaining safety and security measures in recreational facilities.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
