Female Children's Gymnastics Coach

The Little Gym Muscat is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Female Gymnastics or Dance instructor to join our team. This role involves working with children from 4 months to 12 years old, helping them build confidence, coordination, and physical skills through fun, structured, and engaging classes.

• Lead and assist age-appropriate gymnastics and movement classes for children
• Create a positive, safe, and energetic learning environment
• Encourage children’s physical, social, and emotional development
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and team members
• Follow lesson plans, safety standards, and The Little Gym teaching philosophy
• Participate in events, camps, Birthday parties, and special programs when required

• Proven experience in coaching gymnastics, dance, particularly with children, demonstrating the ability to teach fundamental skills effectively.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both children and parents, fostering a supportive community around the gymnastics program.
• Knowledge of safety standards and injury prevention strategies in gymnastics to ensure a safe training environment.
• Ability to assess and evaluate gymnast performance, providing constructive feedback that encourages growth and improvement.
• Creative problem-solving skills to adapt training sessions to meet the diverse needs of young gymnasts.
• Teamwork abilities to collaborate with fellow coaches and staff, enhancing the overall training experience.
• Passion for fitness and child development, demonstrating a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle among young athletes.
