Driver Supervisor

We are hiring a Driver Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of drivers in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have experience as a driver and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of drivers, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods and passengers
• Develop and implement schedules for drivers, taking into consideration traffic conditions and delivery deadlines
• Train new drivers on company policies and procedures, as well as safe driving practices
• Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of driver hours, routes taken, and vehicle maintenance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to transportation services
• Conduct regular safety meetings with drivers to promote safe driving practices

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a driver
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of Omani traffic laws and regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
