Logistics Executive

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery Arrange transportation and monitor vehicle movements Prepare and manage shipping documents delivery notes invoices and customs-related documentation Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Coordinate with suppliers freight forwarders and transport companies Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues promptly Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations Prepare logistics reports and analyze operational performance Support cost optimization initiatives in transportation and warehousing Maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and internal teams

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. Knowledge of freight management, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or related software) is an advantage.
