Loader Supervisor

Our company, located in Muscat, is searching for a Loader Supervisor to join our team. This position is open to both Indian and foreign candidates with no English language requirement. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of loaders in loading and unloading goods and materials at our warehouse.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of loaders to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Assign tasks and provide training to new loaders
• Monitor loading schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Inspect goods and materials before loading to ensure they meet quality standards
• Communicate with warehouse staff and truck drivers to facilitate smooth loading operations
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
• Maintain accurate records of loaded goods and materials

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds

We offer competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
