- Keep track of inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner
- Receive and process incoming goods, checking them against purchase orders and invoices
- Manage the storage of goods in an organized and accessible manner
- Perform regular stock checks and maintain accurate records of inventory levels
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that goods are delivered to the right locations
- Ensure that all goods are handled and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels and stock movements
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to storage and handling of goods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certification in inventory management preferred.
