We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to support dispatch activities and inventory management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating shipments, keeping stock records accurate, and ensuring goods move efficiently from storage to their destinations.

• Assist with daily dispatch arrangements, shipment preparation, and delivery scheduling.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accurate inventory movement.
• Prepare delivery orders, stock transfer records, and dispatch documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Update inventory systems and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Track deliveries, follow up on shipment status, and report any delays or discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are properly packed, labeled, and ready for dispatch.
• Identify stock variances and assist in resolving inventory-related issues.
• Maintain an organized storage area and follow established safety procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good coordination, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or inventory systems.
