The Musco Team Development department has an opening for a Learning Experience Coordinator at our Muscatine office. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!
Essential Criteria
- 3-5 years of related work experience, preferred in a development/training environment
- Minimum Associates degree preferred
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to analyze and present data
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize individual work on multiple projects and requests
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Adaptable, flexible and resilient
- Ability to independently solve problems
- Willing and able to accommodate necessary hours for program execution
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently
- Enjoy learning and working in a continually changing environment
- Creative and Resourceful
Roles And Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with Team Members, subject matter experts (SME), facilitators, managers, vendors, external trainers, and the TD Team on opportunities, needs, and schedules for training and development.
- Assist with planning, developing, and preparing learning experiences including content, processes, and procedures
- Oversee the organization of the learning experience including materials, rooms, programs, calendars, and any other things that would enhance the learning experience
- Facilitate learning experiences as requested and appropriate
- Partner with others on the Team to manage needs and schedules for instructor-led training, self-paced modules, videos, knowledge checks, surveys, and training resources with the Learning Management System
- Respond to and troubleshoot Team Member inquiries related to LMS issues
- Prepare training data and reports as requested, audit course completions, ensure accurate data management, generate reports and conduct data analysis to identify improvement opportunities in training and quality
- Monitor and track learning progress of new/current team members and engage managers and team members to complete and increase learning impact
- Coordinate Training Calendar
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Other Special Requirements
- Overtime as required to fulfill duties
- Some travel and work outside regular business hours may be necessary
