: $1500 for new staff hired in Washington and Tipton.

• Assist individuals to live more independently, supporting goals such as healthy eating, exercising, and enjoyable activities at home.
• Help with day-to-day needs (transportation, cleaning, bathing, meal preparation, medical appointments).
• Accompany individuals to community activities (shopping, Special Olympics, movies, etc.).
• Provide encouragement and coaching to develop daily living skills and healthy habits.
• Document support provided during each shift.
• Work with a range of needs, including medical, behavioral, and mental health supports.

• Acceptable driving record preferred.
• Passion for helping others; training and classes will be provided.
