LSI is looking for dedicated, compassionate caregivers to work full‑time or part‑time (16–23 h/week, 24–29 h/week, or 30+ h/week) as a Direct Support Professional at Harmony House in Muscatine.

Hours & Shift: 1st shift (6 am–2 pm), 2nd shift (2 pm–10 pm), 3rd shift (10 pm–6 am). All shifts are awake positions. Must be willing to work some weekend hours as we provide 24/7 services.

Current Needs:

• Full‑time second shift (2 pm–10 pm)
• Full‑time third shift (10 pm–6 am)
• Part‑time first shift (6 am–2 pm)

• Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, facilitating personal growth and independence.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Assist with physical care as needed (diaper/brief changes, feeding, toileting, transfers). Respond with a positive and willing attitude.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred:
  Experience with Supported Community Living (SCL) or working with people with disabilities (not required).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, good driving record, and ability to pass extensive background checks (including registries).
