Our supervisors play an important role in guiding a 24-hour site as its leader and contact.

The Supported Living Supervisor (SLS) is based in Muscatine with frequent travel in the community and occasional travel to outlying service areas required. Applicants must have flexible schedules.

• Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals
• the day-to-day running of a 24-hour home within a 40hr work week
• health and safety of members served which includes attending medical appointments
• overseeing and ensuring those served are meeting their personal goal as agreed upon by the team

• BA/BS in a human services-related field from an accredited educational institution is preferred but not required
• Experience working with people with disabilities and implementing service provision strategies
• Previous supervisory experience could be as a team lead, a supervisor, or a manager elsewhere
• Applicant must maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is acceptable from a risk management perspective
