• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and clinical oversight
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with the highest level of accuracy
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to LPNs and CNAs
• Lead and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Respond to changes in resident condition with timely critical thinking and action
• Collaborate with families, providers, and leadership with professionalism and compassion
• Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to regulatory standards
• Promote a safe, supportive, and resident‑centered environment

• Licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) in the state of Iowa (or compact license)
• Strong communicators with excellent clinical judgment
