Average salary is $40,000 to $64,000, with base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during your first 60 days.

Paid time off accrues at no less than 40 hours per year for the first year, increasing to 80 hours in subsequent years. Sick leave is provided according to state law.

All Sales Consultants must attend a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date, which may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
