Harmony House in Muscatine, operated by Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI), is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate care for adults with disabilities. Positions include full-time and part-time roles across multiple shifts to support 24/7 needs, including weekend hours.
The DSP will assist with daily activities, foster independence, and help individuals grow in confidence. Prior experience with SCL or disability services is preferred but not required, as training
