Job Description

Long-Lewis of the Shoals is looking for a courteous and energetic Porter and Greeter to welcome guests, assist with vehicle handling, and support our dealership operations. This key front‑line role ensures a great first impression for customers and helps keep things running smoothly both inside and outside the building.

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Move and park customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Keep the service drive, lot, and customer waiting areas clean and organized.
• Assist with vehicle retrieval when service is complete.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to enhance the customer experience.
• Occasionally answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and assist with basic inquiries or direct the call to the correct person.
• Support team members with light administrative or clerical tasks as needed.

• Prior experience in customer service, porter/lot attendant, or general support roles is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers in a polite, helpful manner.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Starting Pay: $12 per hour
