Information Technology Specialist

As the IT Specialist you will oversee maintaining and improving the technical systems of the company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files and information remain safe and intact.

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
• Implement security measures.
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
• Ensure proper backups are taken.
• Monitor server health.
• Mitigate ERP system technical issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A.S. or B.S. Degree Preferred (Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field) or proper industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA.
• Minimum 1 year prior experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Virtualization Technology.
• Excellent Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Document system changes.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self‑motivated.

• Work is performed in an office and manufacturing environment.

• Monday–Friday (Must have flexibility with hours and be available for on call).
