As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our agency. This role is essential in ensuring that our agency runs smoothly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Oversee daily operation of the insurance agency, ensuring processes are efficient and effective.
• Implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and maximize satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives and insurance agents.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure that teams meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Manage and optimize workflows to improve client service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall agency goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices.
• Ensure a high level of employee engagement and team morale.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, related field or similar years of experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance operations, products, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using agency management systems and CRM software.
• Must have active Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Must work on-site.
