North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and repair machinery within the department to reduce downtime and ensure smooth flow of materials.
Your Priorities
- Supports manufacturing through maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and electronic controls, and improves assembly processes.
- Implements and maintains standards and standard processes for technicians.
- Monitors preventative maintenance schedules and equipment repair logs.
- Creates and maintains logs of equipment downtime.
- Monitors product quality and equipment performance.
- Orders repair parts, equipment, supplies, etc., and establishes a spare parts inventory system.
Your Background
- Associate Degree in Industrial Technology or related field, plus two years as an “A” Technician OR
- Five years as an “A” Technician.
Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience preferred.
