You will utilize your specialized plan‑of‑care intervention and serve as a patient‑care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys each day and leveraging your skills and our cutting‑edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
Qualifications And Requirements- Current state RN license
- Basic Life Support certification required within 14 days of hire
- Minimum one year of nursing experience
- Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment. Document patient care, monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living: personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Advocate for physical and emotional well‑being of patients. Provide the basic leadership required of a Registered Nurse for subordinate staff on the Unit.
