You'll impact patient journeys by utilizing specialized plan‑of‑care interventions, serving as a patient‑care innovator, and leveraging cutting‑edge technology to directly improve patient wellbeing.

• Current state LPN license; LPN must obtain RN licensure within 30 days of hire
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire
• At least one year of nursing experience; greater than two years preferred

• Provide and coordinate patient care, ensuring compliance with physician orders and nursing interventions
• Identify and address patient needs through assessment, planning, and collaboration with other health‑care providers
• Advocate for patients, representing their interests when they cannot express their own feelings or thoughts
• Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost‑effective care
