How You'll ContributeYou'll impact patient journeys by utilizing specialized plan‑of‑care interventions, serving as a patient‑care innovator, and leveraging cutting‑edge technology to directly improve patient wellbeing.
Qualifications And Requirements- Current state LPN license; LPN must obtain RN licensure within 30 days of hire
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire
- At least one year of nursing experience; greater than two years preferred
- Provide and coordinate patient care, ensuring compliance with physician orders and nursing interventions
- Identify and address patient needs through assessment, planning, and collaboration with other health‑care providers
- Advocate for patients, representing their interests when they cannot express their own feelings or thoughts
- Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost‑effective care
