• Earn between $1,500 and $1,850 per week based on experience and miles.
• No slip‑seating; the truckplaatst yours until you’re promoted.
• Work 30‑35 crew members per Driver Manager—your name matters more than a number.
• 75% drop‑and‑hook, 95% no‑touch freight.
• No NYC or Canada routes.
• Layover and detention pay.
• Paid orientation, including transportation, single‑room lodging, and two meals a day.

Headquartered in Seward, Nebraska, just outside Lincoln. Routes keep you westward no farther than Salt Lake City, Utah; south toward Dallas, Austin Texas, Savannah, Georgia to Harrisonburg, Virginia; and north to Chicago, Illinois and Minneapolis, Minnesota. No NYC or Canada travel.
