Inside Sales Manager - Jointmaster

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and support the sales efforts for our Joint Master® product line. In this key role, you’ll manage the inside sales team, collaborate closely with outside sales, and ensure exceptional service to customers and channel partners. You’ll oversee all aspects of the sales process — from quoting and project coordination to customer communication and order fulfillment — helping drive growth and operational efficiency.

• Lead and mentor the inside sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer support
• Partner with outside sales representatives to manage opportunities from quote to project completion
• Oversee preparation of pricing, proposals, and submittals to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Track and manage project activity, ensuring clear communication and follow-through with customers and internal departments
• Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to maintain project flow and customer satisfaction
• Promote a positive, high-performance team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement

• Proven experience in inside sales, project management, or account management — ideally within manufacturing, construction, or building products
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
