Industrial Sewer - 1st Shift
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | ?? $18/hr
Operate single and double needle industrial sewing machines to assemble vinyl and various fabrics. Perform layout, sewing, finishing, and quality checks while following work orders and instructions. Assist team members with heavy fabrics and other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Sew parts such as logos, pockets, windows, pleats, and velcro onto products
- Operate grommet, punching, and heat-sealing machines
- Inspect parts for correct dimensions, type, and color
- Perform minor machine maintenance and keep work area clean
- Assist with special projects and support team as needed
- 6-12 months sewing experience
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English
- Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required
- Lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
