• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure adherence to McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the leader to set restaurant goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Assistant Managers, setting their goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching and direction for improvement.
• Oversee hiring and development of Assistant and Shift Managers to build the future leadership team.

• Previous General Manager experience at high‑volume quick‑service restaurants.
• Background in hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to work in a corporate‑owned and operated restaurant.
