As a First Student Part‑time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community, picking up students before school and dropping them off in the afternoon. No previous bus driving experience is required – we provide paid CDL training.

• A split shift: early-morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with free hours in between.
• A guaranteed shift of 4 hours per school day; no nights or weekends unless requested.
• Potential additional hours through trips and charters when available.

• Starting wage $23/hr.
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits plus 401(k) retirement plan (subject to location/CBA).
• No experience required – we offer paid CDL training.
• $750 CLP bonus if obtained within 7 days; $250 bonus if obtained within 14 days.
• Child‑Ride‑Along program for working parents.

• Do not have a college degree or high school diploma.
• Have military experience.

• Are at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
