Quality Engineer

We are recruiting for a Quality Engineer to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded, working closely with suppliers, customers, and internal manufacturing and process engineering functions.

• Identify and implement improvements to enhance product quality
• Apply statistical methods to determine quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors to ensure quality standards are understood and met

• Proficient with precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, height and radius gauges, surface plates, Romer arms, bridge-type CMMs (PC-DMIS, Poly Works), and optical comparators.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9102 standards; certification or audit experience a plus.
• Prior experience in the investment casting industry strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Salary: $85,000–$95,000
