Hourly Rate: $300 Night Call:

-Hour On Call: $1,925
Location: Michigan Free-Standing Cancer Center
Duration: December coverage & ongoing until permanent hire

Ongoing Coverage: January 1, 2025 until permanent physician is hired

• Schedule: Mon Fri, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

• Call: 24-hour call, 1:2 ratio (shared with another physician)

• Physicians in Practice: 2

• Support Staff: 1 NP in clinic

• Average Patient Load:

  • Outpatient (clinic): /day

  • Inpatient (call/rounding): 0

• Population: Adult, hospital-based

• Trauma Level: II (affiliated hospital)

• Reason for Need: Physician turnover

• Required Procedures:

  • Conventional Radiotherapy

  • 3D Radiotherapy

  • External Beam Radiation (3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT)

  • Stereotactic Radiosurgery

  • SBRT

  • Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

• Duties: Ordering tests & imaging, prescribing treatments

• EMR: Aria & Epic

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology Required

• Michigan License or IMLC/LOQ Required (no exceptions)

• BLS Certified Required

• Availability for listed dates Required

• Hourly: $300

• Night Call: $376

• 24-Hour On Call: $1,925

• Travel, hotel, rental car provided

• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate

• Flexible travel caps
