Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (1.0 FTE)
Family Medicine Physician to join our Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care - Whitehall team located in Whitehall, MI
.
- Whitehall is a charming lakeside town in northern Muskegon County, just 5 miles from Lake Michigan and 1 hour away from downtown Grand Rapids
- Outpatient department of Trinity Health Shelby Hospital
- Full-spectrum family medicine in a rural setting
- Office is open Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm. Physician will work 4-4.5 days in office with ability to have either Friday or Tuesdays off
- In addition to primary care, facility offers on-site access to lab, urgent care, life counseling and rehabilitation services
- Family Medicine physician will be part of a collaborative care team that includes 2 physicians, 1 physician assistant and 1 nurse practitioner
- Unrestricted call is rotated with nearby clinics in Hart, Shelby and Ludington
