Position Title: 21st Century Impact Youth Development Specialist
Location: To be determined
Available: 2025/2026 Academic Year
Rate: $17.56 per hour, 12 hours per week

Minimum Requirements:- Meet requirements for DHS Child Care Center School Age Caregiver
- High School Diploma/GED
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience working with youth
- Ability to articulate, exhibit, and model best practices in youth development.
- Ability to establish positive culture through relationships with youth, staff, families, and the community.
- Ability to lead continuous improvement by providing feedback to youth.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Knowledge of current educational best practices.
- Experience coordinating activities for youth and families.
