Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with automated equipment and control systems.
- Optimize existing automation systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and throughput.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation systems and processes.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell), HMI, and SCADA system development and troubleshooting.
- Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) and motion control systems.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
- Experience designing and implementing industrial vision systems for quality control and guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Proficiency in industrial robot programming (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Universal Robots).
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration and data historians.
- Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience using electrical CAD software (e.g., EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical) for panel design.
